Built on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, our ESG framework ensures we integrate ESG considerations across all stages of the private equity investment cycle from initial screening to exit, including detailed ESG due diligence.

We help to create an efficient and effective ESG framework and our regular engagement in defining and progressing ESG priorities helps to ensure responsible and sustained business success.
We focus on improving outcomes in seven key areas across all our businesses; carbon emissions, gender diversity, employee engagement, modern slavery and community giving. We also consider other material sustainability issues that are specific to relevant industries and stakeholders.
